	Koffi L. Kouadio, D.D.S. Dr. Kouadio is originally from the Ivory Coast in West Africa. He studied dentistry in France where he obtained his D.D.S. degree at the University of Bordeaux II in 1992. He studied dentistry again at New York University College of Dentistry after he moved here (United States). Upon graduation in 2002, Dr. Kouadio completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York. He now has 9 years of dental training, twice that of the average dentist.
Dr. Kouadio was previously Dental Director at the Buncombe County Health Center. He speaks fluent French and is married with 2 children. 	Leslie Lamm, RDH With 7 years of experience working in dentistry, Leslie likes helping her patients understand the importance of taking good care of their teeth at home and seeing the dentist regularly.
	Kay Hunter, Dental Assitant and Lab Technician Kay has 25 years of experience working in dentistry. She enjoys helping her patients in improving their appearance and self-confidence with new dental appliances (partials and complete dentures). Her advise to patients is to have their denture appliances checked regularly by their dentist for adjustments, repairs, reline or rebase. The dentist will let you know if it is time for new dentures to be made.
	Arlene Davis, Dental Assistant With 14 years of experience working in dentistry, Arlene likes helping patients overcome their fears of the dentist through caring, understanding and education. She enjoys seeing improvements in patients' attitudes about their dental health over the course of their dental treatments.
	Debra Pinner, Front Desk Personnel I have always enjoyed helping people. In the short term I have been with the practice, I already know that this is a wonderful place to work, with great co-workers and a professional dentist.
